❓ How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus 3–7 business days for USPS economy shipping.
❓ Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because each item is custom-personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error in the personalization due to our mistake.
If something’s not right, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
❓ Can I request a custom design or logo?
We currently offer a selection of curated design options, but we’re happy to discuss custom requests — including business logos or alternate graphics. Just reach out before placing your order!
❓ What are your mailboxes made of?
We start with high-quality, USPS-approved galvanized steel mailboxes, which we then laser engrave with your custom details. The finish is powder-coated for rust and fade resistance.
❓ Can I ship this as a gift?
Yes! If you're sending a closing gift directly to a client or friend, we’re happy to include a short gift note. Just leave your message in the notes section at checkout.
❓ Do you offer bulk or realtor discounts?
We’re currently building out options for real estate agents, brokerages, and repeat gift-givers. If you’re interested in ordering in volume, feel free to contact us directly — we’d love to work with you.

Yes — mailboxes are just the beginning. We’re expanding our shop to include laser-engraved home gifts and print-on-demand items that make thoughtful, personalized closing gifts and keepsakes.
